Destiny Worlds

ItsYourNet, LLC has carefully developed the following content guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas regarding your interests, activities, business, and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent with the Internet community and the societies of the world. ItsYourNet, LLC does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status.

1. Displaying material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous, or obscene nature and intent, or that would violate local, state and/or international laws.

2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity.

3. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities is strictly forbidden. Promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals will not be tolerated at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the activities of providing instruction on how to assemble bombs, grenades, and/or other weapons.

4. Covering excessive amounts of land in any of the Destiny Worlds public building worlds, including the DestinyU, DWSchool, and Freedom worlds, or any other world(s) opened to public building, by any means including bots, keyboard macros, or even manual building. Please limit land claiming to land which you can directly use to build on yourself. "Excessive" land claiming is defined as any area greater than 1/100th of a square kilometer (10 cells by 10 cells, or, 10 walks by 10 walks), or any ground-cover claimed areas left unattended with no other or further building having taken place for longer than 30-days.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any world, objects or properties from the Destiny Worlds universe which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of local, state, or International law.

ItsYourNet, LLC does monitor the content of the worlds in Destiny Worlds to the best of abilities, and does investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines.

Users who are in violation of the ItsYourNet, LLC Content Guidelines may have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their worlds or properties, or portions of their properties, removed without warning; in which event ItsYourNet, LLC will not return the removed properties or worlds to the offending member.

ItsYourNet, LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of worlds or properties, network or system outages, file corruption, or from or for any other reasons.

The opinions and views expressed by Citizens and/or Tourists in the Destiny Worlds do not reflect those of ItsYourNet, LLC. The contents of the worlds are not reviewed in any way before they appear in the Destiny Worlds universe.

ItsYourNet, LLC is not responsible for the content in any of the public building worlds. Users are solely responsible for their properties, and everything contained in their own worlds. ItsYourNet, LLC does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any world. Users may be held legally liable for the contents of their worlds.

ItsYourNet, LLC is not responsible for the delivery of any goods or services sold or advertised through its sponsors and/or any vendors in the worlds.

To amend or change the ItsYourNet, LLC Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement at any time and without notice. To release current or past member information if ItsYourNet, LLC believes that a member's account is in violation of the ItsYourNet, LLC Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement, is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if ItsYourNet, LLC deems it necessary and/or appropriate. To deny membership to serious or repeat offenders of the ItsYourNet, LLC Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement. To remove members for conduct that ItsYourNet, LLC believes is harmful to other members, to non-members or to ItsYourNet, LLC as a business.

ItsYourNet, LLC makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, and/or discontinue any functionality or feature of Destiny Worlds.

In no event will ItsYourNet, LLC be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Destiny Worlds or any content therein. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
