Conduct Guidelines
The following Personal Conduct Guidelines
constitute the general rules of behavior while visiting Destiny Worlds in
Public meeting areas (Public meeting areas are considered to be within 400
meters of any world's Entry Gate, also known as "Ground Zero"), or anywhere
in any world open to public access.
These Personal Conduct Guidelines are also in
effect in Private Worlds, however, enforcements of these rules in Private
Worlds are generally provided and maintained by the Private World owner(s).
Please read these thoroughly!
- Do not insult other Tourists or Citizens by
use of inflammatory or offensive statements or images. Do not deliver any
expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity. Do not harass other
users with verbal abuse or personal attacks.
- Do not engage in racial, religious, ethnic,
or sexual slurs, lewd comments, or generally disruptive behavior in any
Public meeting areas or in any worlds open to public access.
- Public meeting areas are not appropriate
spaces for cyber-sexual behavior, sexual orientation discussions or
activity. Destiny Worlds is intended for use by Business-minded individuals
that are not involved in the online cyber-sexual environment.
- The use of all caps is considered shouting;
please refrain from using caps unless you are intending to shout. Please
refrain from flooding (continuous posting of repetitive text) as this can be
annoying to users, and is some instances can be and will be defined as Spam.
- ItsYourNet, LLC and/or ItsYourNet's Business
Partners or Associates reserve the right to enforce compliance with these
Personal Conduct Guidelines, which may include temporary or permanent
ejection from a world, several worlds, or universe-wide.

ItsYourNet, LLC also reserves the
following rights: To amend or change the ItsYourNet, LLC Destiny Worlds
Personal Conduct Guidelines or End User License Agreement ("EULA") at any
time and without notice. To release current or past member information if
ItsYourNet, LLC believes that a member's account is in violation of the
ItsYourNet, LLC Destiny Worlds Personal Conduct Guidelines or EULA, is being
used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if
ItsYourNet, LLC deems it necessary and/or appropriate. To deny membership to
serious or repeat offenders of the ItsYourNet, LLC Destiny Worlds Personal
Conduct Guidelines or EULA. To remove members for conduct that ItsYourNet,
LLC believes is harmful to other members, to non-members, or to ItsYourNet,
LLC as a business. ItsYourNet, LLC makes no guarantee of availability of
service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue
any functionality or feature of Destiny Worlds.
